Executive Summary:

Julia E. O'Connor - President and Founder

Our purpose is to help you succeed at a  trade show. No matter your title, no matter how many shows you do, our training will make you better understand this unique marketing environment and the psychology of the show floor. Trade Show Training is THE FIRST company to provide online training to the worldwide audience that participates in trade show marketing.

Why is TSTi important to your company? Consider these analogies:
Just because you can write a letter, does that make you a direct mail person? Or, just because you can make cold calls, does that make you a telemarketing expert. Or, just because you can use the Web, does that mak you a webmeister? If you want a professional job in direct mail, telemarketing or webonomics, you'd call the experts.
So, too, with trade shows.

Whether you need a speaker for a conference, a pre-show sales presentation or a friendly expert to sit side-by-side to guide you through the details, TSTiExpert can help.

FOR BUSINESSES & ASSOCIATIONS

Training should occur when you first decide to do a show. Components of training are integral to the success of your show - it helps you pick the right shows, the right exhibits, the right staff and the right system for follow-up. Training puts the emphasis for show success into all your marketing plans. Training should begin 4-12 weeks before your show.

Coaching occurs just before and during the show. It's used most often when you have staff from around the country - or around the world - who will be meeting at the show. Coaching is a review of your marketing strategies, a brush-up on boothmanship and an on-site evaluation of performance during the show. Coaching is often a half-day program in conjunction with a sales management or executive level pre-show conference.

Review first occurs 2-8 weeks after the show, depending on your objectives and sales cycle, and should be continued at monthly or quarterly intervals. During the review, we listen to your staff, evaluate leads and prospects, determine the value of the show in your marketing planning schedule, and track follow-up progress. FOR

SHOW ORGANIZERS

Pre-Show Presentations add value to your package. Usually held during show set-up time and in a section of the show floor, or at the venue, the presentation gives exhibitors a review of booth behavior and sales tips, plus up-to-the-minute information about the show.

FOR EXHIBIT BUILDERS & MANUFACTURERS
These are custom presentations about trade show marketing for your clients and prospects, and sometimes sponsored by you to include the general business public. Often these presentations are held in your showroom, and give you the opportunity to introduce new products, provide demonstrations and to close sales.

FOR ANY GROUP Speakers expert in topics about trade shows - sales and marketing, exhibit design, logistics, and technology. Customized for your audience with industry leaders.
