Dear Patti Jo,

It has been so exciting working with Mary Layman of Tri-Media on a new Website for our company, Classic Touch Cleaning! It is our first website, and she led us through all the steps with ease. I think we have come up smelling like…Daisies!!

Mary came to our company and talked to the three of us who run the office. She was clear with us on what our first steps would entail, what it would cost and what we had to do before we could get started. Once we gave her the go ahead she set deadlines and we all worked towards our goals.

Mary was available whenever we called. She was also able to easily understand the specific needs of our business, and she interpreted my graphics in such a lovely manner that and we now have a lovely presentation for the consumer… all because we can trade with other James River Trade Association members!!!!
