CindyCreasy Woolfolk has over 25 years of broadcasting and advertising
agency experience in major and medium-sized markets including Richmond VA, New
Orleans, LA & Houston, TX.
After moving to Richmond to help establish
and market the local FOX network affiliate she started her agency, Creasy Woolfolk
Concepts, in 1994 and handled accounts such as the United State Secret Service,
Dairy Queen, Richmond Ford, Rees Jewelers, Central Virginia Waste Management Authority
and more. Cindy’s specialty is designing and building comprehensive multi media
campaigns and marketing efforts.
She became interested in “trading”
as she has worked with Crescent City Trade Exchange of New Orleans, LA for the
past 10 years. After seeing the growth, support and Businesses received through
the trade exchange in new Orleans, Cindy decided to start a locally owned trade
exchange in the Richmond area.
Cindy searched Richmond until she
found a staff with strong marketing, sales which compliment Cindy’s media, creative
and promotional strengths.

Chris Miller joins
JRTE with over 10 years of experience in media sales and small business consulting.
As part owner and founder of several local businesses including, the now sold
ADNET bathroom billboard company, RichmondMovies.com
and TheFlowerAuthority.com,
Chris brings vast knowledge of the trade industry, general business
development and marketing technology/systems.
Chris also has served
as the Regional Internet manager for 10 Clear Channel Radio Stations and will
be serving as James River Trade Exchange's interim webmaster and Email marketing
coordinator to keep our members informed of available trade opportunities and
new member alerts.
His primary focus is on new client acquisition and
partnership strategy implementation.
