Class Description:
In 60 minutes, you will get a total body workout improving
your cardiovascular endurance, your strength and your flexibility.
All of our classes are taught by certified instructors, who
are also moms! This is not just a stroll around the park but
a workout that gets you striding back into shape. Along with
walking we use the outdoor environment as our gym by doing intervals
of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller.

exercises using your stroller and your baby. In 60 minutes,
you will get a total body workout improving your cardiovascular
endurance, your strength and your flexibility. Whether you're

you with your ideal workout. It's up to you to create the intensity,
but we will create the fun! Stroller Strides is a unique workout
that you can do with your baby! Make new friends, get in shape
